1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Trimcella Guild website or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for policy violations.
3. Courses and access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for the access period stated at checkout. Content may not be shared publicly, resold, or redistributed.
4. Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Self-Paced and Video: 7-day refund if progress is under 15%.
- Live Workshop and Cohort: refund until 72 hours before the first session.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method subject to processor timelines.
5. User conduct
Do not misuse the site, interfere with other users, or attempt to access non-public areas. Be respectful in community spaces. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, course videos, assignments, and brand assets are owned by Trimcella Guild or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a license to view for personal educational use only.
7. Safety
Wax seal craft uses heat. Follow all safety guidance, use protective surfaces, and supervise minors. We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimcella Guild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trimcella Guild harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to services
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the site.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
